It was listed on Friday, open house on Sunday, and a credible offer on Monday. With a little back and forth, we had a signed contract with in a few days. Marlena Anticipated issues, with solutions in hand. From the title company to repairmen, she has great resources and referrals. This was an estate property with two of the beneficiaries overseas. In spite of this, we were able to close, as contracted, on March 6, 2020 with no issues.
