We went through VA and they had very strict guidelines we had to adhere to. On a moments notice we called Marlena to find someone to have a repair made before our inspection. She acted on this request immediately and the end result was a great inspection report.

I bought a house and sold a house through Marlena. I have purchased and sold numerous homes in the past and have never received the outstanding service that I received from Marlena. She works around the clock to get things done. When the seller's realtor did not live up to their end of a fix, Marlena personally made it right. She listed my house on Wed and sold it by Sunday. She was in constant contact with me about all aspects of the sale from financing to closing. Marley was agent for my BUYERS! My selling agent did 0% work. Marley worked with buyers and me, followed with lender, arranged inspections, negotiated terms, contacted me immediately when underwriter needed week delay in closing and kept me informed throughout the sale.

She did all the usual things for the buyers, including taking plants home to watch the. But, most impressive she did all the work for me, the seller!! Always with a friendly attitude & no complaint.

As stated above, my agent did exactly the opposite; except they got their commission :-( for virtually nothing.
