Marlena worked with us by phone & email but more importantly was willing to set up appointments for Chuck & Pat to view homes they felt we might be interested in purchasing. Marlena would send me the new listings each day & upon finding one, Marlena made arrangements for our friends to view & report back. After several viewings, the home was found. She helped us make an offer by email & with her sound advice, we were able to beat out several other offers and the home was ours. She walked us thru the closing & was very patient with our questions and concerns. With the help of Marlena & our friends, we bought our home sight unseen and upon arrival fell instantly in love. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and clueless, but so excited and eager to find my home. Marlena was amazing. She was right by my side every step of the way and made me feel very confident in every decision I made, from applying for a loan all the way to closing on my home. She was so knowledgeable about all locations that I considered and immediately knew the answer to every question I asked, and even the questions I didn't know to ask. Something else I loved, she was incredibly responsive, flexible, and quick to act. Marlena is a true professional. I was living in California and had just accepted a job in Brevard County, FL. I was only going to be in Brevard for a few days. I called Marlena and let her know the type of home I was looking for and that I was short on time.
