Marlena would send me the new listings each day & upon finding one, Marlena made arrangements for our friends to view & report back. After several viewings, the home was found. She helped us make an offer by email & with her sound advice, we were able to beat out several other offers and the home was ours. She walked us thru the closing & was very patient with our questions and concerns. With the help of Marlena & our friends, we bought our home sight unseen and upon arrival fell instantly in love. We were not disappointed.
